Individually tailored sessions and groups occur at this ASAM Level 1.0. A few individual or group sessions each week continue to support and invigorate our individuals. In their individual sessions, they can track the reduction of anxiety, cravings, depression, triggers, and even post-traumatic symptoms in terms of quantity, intensity, and frequency by reviewing the “Assessment Graphs” that were completed from PHP to IOP then finally OP levels of care. The exciting and personalized instruments increase the individual’s motivation for continued recovery from addiction and goal attainment.
